As I painted this piece it aligned with my feelings that day. Therefore the name " Turbulence ". The paint scatters across the canvas with the solid dark color at the bottom representing the calm. The weather had been awful for several days and that inspired me to paint this piece. I created the wind, the storm and finally the peace that comes when it all ends.
